Dover Transport Museum
- laminate flooring, Trendtime 2 Wine&Fruits individual look
At the "Dover Transport Museum" visitors take a journey through time back to the forerunners of our current modes of transport. 'Vintage Transportation' can be rediscovered here with references to the social history of Dover and Kent. By means of the exhibited buses, motor cars, trams and locomotives, the stories told by grandparents and great-grandparents are turned into reality and can be experienced in person. The heart of the voluntarily run Transport Museum is the 'Tram Stop Tearoom' café. It is used for a variety of functions besides catering. Presentations take place here, people discuss things together and pass on knowledge.
In order to put the 'Tram Stop Tearoom' on solid ground, Parador supported the Transport Museum with the laminate flooring, Trendtime 2 Wine&Fruits individual look. With the renovated café the museum is setting a new trend and its friendly atmosphere is encouraging interaction between the generations.

The café in the Dover Transportation Museum is widely used. The old flooring had to be urgently replaced.
The museum is run on a voluntary basis and, when it came to renovating the café, there were also plenty of helpers.
